Individual and Family Wellness 120
The vision for Individual and Family Wellness 120 is to engage learners in making connections between well-being, personal growth and relationships. Learners will develop sound decision-making for positive mental health, sexual health, and transitions to adulthood. Learners will discover how personal responsibilities relate to the building and maintaining of intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships.
Learners in Individual and Family Wellness 120 will explore the importance of taking responsibility for personal well-being, establishing healthy relationships, and building skills for a growth mindset. This course will help learners appreciate the diversity of cultures in relation to individuals and the family unit. Learners will practise skills to help cope with transitions and life stressors.
