Les apprenants utilisent la pens\u00e9e critique et la litt\u00e9ratie scientifique dans le cadre de leurs recherches sur les concepts de l\u2019orientation, des processus \u00e0 la surface de la Terre et de la pr\u00e9sence humaine dans le syst\u00e8me solaire. Au moyen de recherches pratiques, les apprenants appliqueront leur compr\u00e9hension des sciences et de la technologie \u00e0 des contextes situationnels par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable. Les apprenants ont l\u2019occasion de faire preuve de comp\u00e9tence en cr\u00e9ation et en utilisation de mod\u00e8les, en planification et en r\u00e9alisation de recherches, en analyse et en interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es, en conception de solutions et en d\u00e9fense d\u2019un point de vue \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es probantes.
